Who Gets the Call sponsored-position terms (launch-v2)

This is paid advertising, not land ownership, equity, investment, exclusivity, or appointment as an official provider.

Paid territory sponsorship does not affect organic provider ordering.

The buyer confirms they are authorized to purchase advertising for the submitted website.

The placement can appear on the public map after payment is verified by the Stripe webhook. Visiting a success page does not mean payment was received.

A later successful challenge in exact €25 increments above the current minimum can replace the active sponsor. Displacement of a previous sponsor does not refund that previous sponsor.

Refunds are not a self-serve option. The operator may refund a payment manually in individual cases.

Displayed bid prices exclude applicable taxes. Stripe calculates applicable tax at Checkout from billing information and any supported business tax ID.

No leads, calls, revenue, exclusivity, or service capability are guaranteed.

The amount and currency (EUR) are shown before payment. Payment is a one-time Stripe-hosted Checkout charge.

Customer details must be accurate. Fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading destinations may be rejected.
